We will do our best to ensure your item is delivered within the estimated time frame, however as we are relying on third party couriers we cannot guarantee this. Please also be aware around Christmas and New Year item may arrive later than estimated.

* Standard Delivery, most item will be delivered within 5 working days, however please allow 14days before contacting us.

Returns Process

Here at Bikes4families we believe that you will love your purchase. However if you would like to return your purchase, we offer a full refund within 90 days*

Simply follow our simple returns process below.

Unwanted Item,

If you would like to return unwanted items, please follow these steps:

  • Assure the item is pack back up in the original packaging and in the original condition.
  • Please login to your account.
  • View your order by clicking the “Completed Order Tab”.
  • Click the “Return Item(s)” link next to next to the “View Order Details” button.
  • Fill out the required information and click Submit Return Request.
  • Print this form and fill out the required information
  • We will then contact you with detail of the return and the required form.
  • Pop the paperwork into the parcel and attach the sender label
  • Send the item back to us using the appropriate postage and you prefered courrier.

Damaged and Faulty Goods,

If the item is damaged or faulty then please follow these steps:

  • Please login to your account.
  • View your order by clicking the “Completed Order Tab”.
  • Click the “Return Item(s)” link next to next to the “View Order Details” button.
  • Fill out the required information and click Submit Return Request.
  • Assure the item is pack back up in appropriate packaging.
  • Print this form and fill out the required information
  • Pop the paperwork into the parcel and attach the sender label
  • Attach the postage label and drop off at the nearest Parcel Shop.
  • If you have requested a replacement item, this will have been set out once the item has been dropped off.
  • If you requested a full refund or store credit, this will be issued once the item has arrived back to us.

Damaged and Faulty Bicycles,

If the Bicycle is damaged or faulty then please follow these steps

  • Please login to your account.
  • View your order by clicking the “Completed Order Tab”.
  • Click the “Return Item(s)” link next to the “View Order Details” button.
  • Fill out the required information and click Submit Return Request.
  • Assure the item is pack back up in appropriate packaging.
  • We will then contact you by telephone or email to arrange a collection of the bicycle.
  • If you have requested a replacement item, this will be dispatched and delivered at the same time as the collection.
  • If you requested a full refund or store credit, this will be issued once the item has arrived back to us.
  • In the event of an item becoming unavailable or discontinued, an alternative model may be suggested.

Unwanted Bicycles

If you would like to return a bicycle, please follow these steps:

  • Please login to your account.
  • View your order by clicking the “Completed Order Tab”.
  • Click the “Return Item(s)” link next to the “View Order Details” button.
  • Fill out the required information and click Submit Return Request.
  • Assure the bicycle is pack back up in the original packaging and in the original condition.
  • We will then contact you by telephone or email to arrange a collection of the bicycle.

Please note there is a £20.00 charge for collections made by us. This is the cost we incure from our courriers for third party collections. 

  • Alternatively send the item back to us using a prefered courrier of your own choice at your cost.  .
  • Once the item has been received back and checked we will issue a full refund.
